Just a note to thank you so very much for your wondeful hospitality during our six night stay at the Hotel Fernandina on Santa Cruz Island in the Galapagos at the end of July and beginning of August. Your hotel was always very clean, the breakfasts and service were very good, and the swimming pool and hottub were excellent ways to end off a day of travelling to the various islands. Leer más.... |

Just a note to thank you so very much for your wondeful hospitality during our six night stay at the Hotel Fernandina on Santa Cruz Island in the Galapagos at the end of July and beginning of August. Your hotel was always very clean, the breakfasts and service were very good, and the swimming pool and hottub were excellent ways to end off a day of travelling to the various islands. But most important, I cannot express enough how absolutely amazing your personal hospitality was. When a major tour company on the main street could not provide us with day trips, it only took a bit of effort on your part to fulfill all of our requirements. I found your concern for our welfare and happiness went way beyond anything I have experienced in the past on our travels, and we have travelled extensively around the world for the past 40 years. Your Hotel Fernandina was definitely just like a home-away-from-home. And the ease with which I made reservations from Canada was amazing. We will never forget the warmth, honesty and sincerity of the Ruiz family during our visit to the Galapagos, and we will most definitely recommend your hotel as a place to stay to anyone from Canada who is planning on visiting the Galapagos.
